These wire shelves are truly heavy duty. Two of the shelves were damaged from shipping. I contacted the company and they had me forward my receipt from Amazon.com and then attach photos of the damage. The two shelves were shipped out pretty quickly. Works great now. The shelf support system is a bit tricky to get right though - it's just plastic but seems to work well enough.

This shelf definitely requires two people to assemble, but once it is complete it is AWESOME. I bought it to set up a pantry and my grandchildren go straight to it as soon as they enter the door. They know right where all there treats are. I am thinking about getting the next size down to replace the plastic one I have. Everything is so neet and organized.
